Join us at Grassroots & Vine for the next Conserva Wine Dinner Series installment: A Taste of Alella, featuring Alta Alella, one of Spain’s leading organic and biodynamic producers from the Alella DO just outside Barcelona.
We are pleased to welcome special guest Peter Wilke of wineCRAFT, who will be pouring the wines and guiding guests through the story of Alta Alella, its vineyards, and its approach to organic and biodynamic winemaking. Throughout the evening, Peter will share insight into the producer, the region, and how each wine expresses Alella’s coastal Mediterranean influence.
This five-course prix fixe dinner features five wines, moving from crisp Brut Nature cava to skin-contact white, coastal rosé, structured red, and a late-harvest dessert wine, each paired with Spanish-inspired dishes designed to complement the wine and highlight regional flavors.
