Willett Distillery Bourbon Dinner

Join us for an evening dedicated to one of Kentucky’s most respected and historic bourbon producers. This five-course prix fixe dinner features carefully selected bourbons from Willett Distillery, paired course by course with a chef-driven menu designed to complement the character, structure, and depth of each pour.

Willett Distillery is the last remaining family-owned distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, with a legacy rooted in tradition, patience, and uncompromising quality. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy thoughtful pairings alongside stories, history, and insight into the distillery, its whiskies, and the people behind them.

We are pleased to welcome special guests TJ Snuffin of Skurnik Wine & Spirits and Jennifer Ritchie of Willett Distillery, who will guide the tasting, share background on each bourbon, and provide context around production, aging, and flavor development.

This dinner is designed for guests who appreciate great food, distinctive bourbons, and a deeper understanding of the history and craft behind one of Kentucky’s most iconic distilleries.
