For one night, Conserva takes over the patio at Grassroots & Vine. Open flame, large-format paellas, sangria, and the energy that defined those nights return in a new outdoor format.

This is the Conserva Paella Party Experience, reimagined for the patio. Paella will be cooked live over open fire and served fresh from the pan throughout each seating. The patio becomes the center of the night, built around shared tables, fire, and the rhythm of the cook.
