Join us for an intimate evening from the Conserva Wine Dinner Series, showcasing the best of Conserva at Grassroots & Vine. This dinner features the wines of Bodegas Muga, one of Rioja’s most enduring and respected family owned wineries.
Presented by our friend Rob Rapp of Cutting Edge Selections, the evening unfolds as a five course prix fixe dinner paired with a curated selection of Muga wines. The menu reflects Conserva’s approach to Spanish cooking: thoughtful, restrained, and designed to highlight balance between food and wine.
Founded in 1932 by Isaac Muga and Aurora Caño, Bodegas Muga is based in Rioja Alta, where Atlantic, Mediterranean, and Continental influences shape wines known for structure, depth, and longevity. Expect classic Rioja varietals, context shared throughout the meal, and a pace that allows each course and wine to stand on its own.
The Conserva Wine Dinner Series is a limited series of chef driven Spanish wine dinners, each centered on a single producer or region and presented at Grassroots & Vine for select evenings throughout the year.
