Join us for a one-night, guided tasting dinner dedicated to the complexity and range of agave spirits. Hosted in collaboration with TJ Snuffin and Dani McQuarrie of Skurnik Wine & Spirits, this intimate experience explores five distinct expressions, each paired with a course designed to reflect and elevate the spirit.
The evening follows a deliberate progression from bright, mineral-driven blanco through aged expressions with depth, texture, and structure. Each pairing is composed with precision, drawing out the defining characteristics of the agave while creating balance on the plate.
This is a multi-course pairing experience with guided discussion throughout the evening. Seating is limited.
